The short version of how membership works and how we look after your information.
Membership
- Membership starts on the start date you choose during registration and runs for the duration of the plan you paid for.
- Subscriptions can't be paused or frozen. Unused days aren't refunded or carried over.
- Every plan except the day pass includes a one-off ₦10,000 registration fee.
- Every visit, class and trainer session is booked in advance. Walk-ins aren't accepted.
- Family plans cover up to four named family members. Additional members are charged at 10% below the individual price.
- Members under 16 must have a parent or guardian complete their registration and accept these terms on their behalf.
Payments
- You can pay by bank transfer or by card at the front desk. Access begins once our team has confirmed your payment.
- Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and may change. The price you pay is the one shown when you complete registration or renewal.
Your health and safety
- You are responsible for telling us about any medical condition that could affect your training, and for training within your limits.
- Follow the instructions of our trainers and staff while in the facility. We may suspend access for behaviour that puts other members at risk.
Your data
- We handle your personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
- Membership requests and messages sent through this website reach our front desk by WhatsApp or by email. They carry what you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the plan and start date you choose, and anything you write.
- We collect the details you give us at registration (name, contact details, date of birth, address, weight, goals, medical notes and a profile photo) to run your membership, record attendance and support your training.
- We keep a record of each payment (amount, date and method) to confirm your membership. We never see or store your card details: card payments are handled by the card terminal's provider, and online card payments, once available, by Paystack.
- The website counts visits and clicks without cookies and without identifying you, so we can see which pages help people find us.
- We don't sell your data. We share it only with the trainers and staff who support your membership, and with the services we use to run the site.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing ladeofitnessandspa1@gmail.com.
